KIMBERLY DiGIOVANNI, PhD, PE, is an accomplished environmental engineer specializing in water resources, green stormwater infrastructure, and ecological engineering. As a Principal and seasoned professional, she brings a client-focused approach to her work, leveraging her expertise in leadership, stakeholder engagement, and interdisciplinary collaboration to achieve sustainable solutions for complex environmental challenges. Her extensive background includes academic, consulting, and public service roles, making her uniquely qualified to drive innovation in environmental engineering and restoration projects.

ELSA LOEHMANN, PE, is Principal at Auroran with over 20 years of expertise in aquatic habitat restoration, nature-based solutions, and urban flood resiliency. She directs a diverse portfolio of projects, including resiliency master planning and design, habitat restoration design, and urban flood mitigation. Her expertise extends to stakeholder engagement and guiding interdisciplinary teams to sustainable, nature-based solutions. Ms. Loehmann brings a client-focused approach, emphasizing collaboration with community stakeholders, local and national regulators, and project teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. She has led efforts in securing funding, feasibility analysis, and long-term project implementation for urban and suburban flood mitigation initiatives. A licensed Professional Engineer in Connecticut, she is also a contributing author of multiple American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) publications.

KYLE TAYLOR, PE, is a Senior Project Manager focusing on ecological restoration projects, green infrastructure (GI), stormwater management, and flood resiliency. Kyle’s work includes managing multiple projects that involve planning, designing, and managing the construction of GI, habitat restoration design, and H&H flood modeling. Kyle has previously worked as a consulting engineer on large-scale buried infrastructure rehabilitation projects performing both engineering design and construction management services. She holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida.
